By completing and submitting the form with your order or enquiry you are
not obliged to purchase. Your reply will be treated as a valid enquiry and
on receipt of the form we will take appropriate action depending on your
requirements. We will reply to you by your preferred method of communication
and ensure that you are completely happy and clear about what is involved
before we issue an invoice. We will shortly be offering online credit card
payment facilities but in the meantime, we accept payment by cheque or electronic
bank transfer. We invoice
for the initial costs immediately. The monthly fees are invoiced at the
end of each subsequent month (terms: 30 days nett).
